Mission Explanation
Malama With Aloha is a community-driven initiative dedicated to preserving Hawaii’s natural beauty and fostering a sense of responsibility and compassion among its residents. Our mission is built on three pillars:
1. Community Engagement: We organize park cleanups across all Hawaiian islands, bringing together individuals, families, and organizations to make a tangible impact on our environment.
2. Education and Empowerment: Through interactive programs and youth initiatives, we teach valuable life skills, discipline, and the importance of giving back to the community.
3. Storytelling and Connection: By sharing our personal stories of overcoming adversity and finding aloha, we inspire hope, resilience, and a deeper understanding of the power of community.

Executive Director, GOALS Hawaii
Kekoa Carvalho is a transformational leader, dedicated to empowering Hawaii’s communities. As Executive Director of GOALS Hawaii, he leverages his personal experience and expertise to combat addiction, bullying, and violence. A sober mentor, sought-after speaker, and passionate keiki advocate, Kekoa has served Hawaii’s people for over six years through prevention, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Once struggling with addiction for 15 years, Kekoa overcame incredible challenges after a life-changing experience in 2018. Today, he inspires hope and resilience as a social media influencer, reaching a global audience.
Kekoa’s impactful work extends to:
• Over a dozen Hawaii schools
• Youth facilities and programs
• Collaborations with organizations sharing his mission
Through authenticity, compassion, and leadership, Kekoa “Pure Aloha” Carvalho embodies the spirit of transformation and community uplift.
